In un’opera di Angelo Marchetti viene rappresentata l’anima. Si tratta di un olio del periodo segnato come ‘La mistica’. La campitura è volutamente surrealista come se il pittore volesse sottolineare una citazione archeologica, passata come passato sembra essere il tema del quadro. Sul fondo l’orizzonte è febbricitante come il calore della pelle al tramonto, un uomo vaga, testimone della presenza sulla scena del pianeta. In primo piano due personaggi guardano una stele di pietra scavata dall’impronta di un uomo che non c’è e che testimonia la sua presenza come assenza. Già! Proprio così, la nostra anima la possiamo vedere solo in negativo, come ritaglio che delinea una forma che non c’è ma che doveva esserci stata un tempo. Ma quale tempo se nella visione il tempo non è coniugato come se non ci fosse per costituzione. Prima l’anima doveva avere una materia che però ora che la si guarda non c’è. Grazie Marchetti di averci ricordato di non essere quello che siamo.
